We ship to the contiguous United States. For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, or international shipping, please email: jeredspottery@gmail.com

Breakage Policy

If your order arrives with any breakage, please notify us within five days of receiving your shipment. Email orders@jeredspottery.com with photos of breakage. 

Exchange & Return Policy

To exchange or return your pottery, email orders@jeredspottery.com within 30 days of purchase. Pottery must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for exchange or return. Any exchanges or returns must be sent back to us in original boxes with original packing material. Customers are responsible for shipping returns or exchanges back to us. Jered's pottery is not responsible for breakage in shipping of return or exchanges.
